After acting with top heroes in Tollywood and clinching the top-heroine spot, Sriya concentrated on Bollywood. But there she met with disappointment. She couldn`t fare well as Aasin did there. After several flops, she turned again to South. This time instead of Tollywood she headed for Kollywood. On coming there she chose to compete with Sameera Reddy in clinching a role. It is said that Sameera was acting with Ajith in a movie and Sriya did all that she could to snatch that role away. News is that Sriya succeeded in doing so. The producer and director are on trials of replacing Sameera with Sriya.
